We were fortunate to share our March creek cleanup with San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo as he was on a four-day tour of action for his State of the City message.
At this event, we worked with over 150 volunteers to remove over 5 tons of trash that otherwise would have ended up in our Bay. Now that is a lot of trash.
We also had lots of groups that joined us, including SJSU Delta Sigma Pi and SJSU Phi Kappa Tau, VNARP, VTSEVA and a number of high schools.
